Payments
ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE BEFORE AN ORDER HAS BEEN OFFICIALLY PLACED. THERE IS NO AVAILABLE PAYMENT PLAN FOR ANY ORDER. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE PAID IN FULL.
IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE, CONFETTI GRAPHICS WILL DO ALL IT CAN TO SATISFY YOUR NEEDS WITH THE ORDER.
IF FOR ANY REASON THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH YOUR PAYMENT AND THE PAYMENT IS RETURNED OR DECLINED, THE ORDER WILL BE HELD FOR 3 DAYS AND YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED. IF THERE IS NO PAYMENT MADE TO SATISFY THE REMAINING BALANCE WITHIN THOSE 3 DAYS, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY PARTS OF YOUR ORDER.
ACCEPTABLE PAYMENTS INCLUDE CASHAPP, VENMO, OR PAYPAL. PLEASE INFORM CONFETTI GRAPHICS WITH A MESSAGE BEFORE SENDING PAYMENT THROUGH PAYPAL, AS THIS IS THE LEAST USED PAYMENT METHOD. ANY PAYMENT SENT THRU PAYPAL WITHOUT A MESSAGE PRIOR TO THE PAYMENT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND A $15 INCONVENIENCE FEE WILL BE CHARGED UPON REFUND. ALL PAYPAL, CASHAPP, AND VENMO PAYMENTS WILL COME WITH AN ADDITIONAL 3% PROCESSING FEE.
YOU DO NOT HAVE AN ORDER IN PROGRESS IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE YOUR PAYMENT IN FULL AND RETURNED A SIGNED CONTRACT.
IF NEEDED, ADDITIONAL PAYMENT FOR ANY 'PER HOUR' ORDER WILL BE DUE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE REQUEST UNLESS AN ARRANGEMENT HAS BEEN MADE.
CONFETTI GRAPHICS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FALSE OR UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENTS. ANYONE WHO MAKES A FALSE OR UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENT WILL HAVE THEIR ORDER CANCELLED AND BANNED FROM ORDERING WITH CONFETTI GRAPHICS IN THE FUTURE.

ANY FORM OF COMMUNICATION MADE AFTER HOURS OR OUTSIDE BUSINESS HOURS WILL BE READ AND RESPONDED TO THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.
CONFETTI GRAPHICS IS OPEN MONDAY - FRIDAY FROM 8:00AM - 5:00PM. CONFETTI GRAPHICS IS CLOSED FOR ALL MAJOR HOLIDAYS IN THE US. UNSCHEDULED CLOSINGS WILL BE ANNOUNCED.
LOGOS
ALL THE RIGHTS ON APPROVED LOGO DESIGN, WEB DESIGN, OR GRAPHIC DESIGN CONFETTI GRAPHICS HAS CREATED AND DESIGNED, PAST OR PRESENT, FOR SPECIFIC CLIENT BELONG TO THE CLIENT FOR WHICH IT WAS DESIGNED. CONFETTI GRAPHICS DOES NOT HOLD ANY RIGHTS TO THE FINAL APPROVED DESIGN CREATED FOR A CLIENT.
CONFETTI GRAPHICS DOES NOT FILE A TRADEMARK APPLICATION WITH RESPECT TO THE LOGOS, WEB DESIGN, OR GRAPHIC DESIGN CREATED FOR ITS CLIENTS. THE CLIENT IS FREE TO REGISTER AS A TRADEMARK THE FINAL APPROVED LOGO DESIGN CREATED FOR IT BY CONFETTI GRAPHICS.
IN THE EVENT THAT PAYMENT FOR ANY LOGO IS NOT MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PAYMENT POLICIES OF confetti graphics, THEN ALL OF THE CLIENT'S RIGHTS IN AND TO THE LOGO DESIGN, WEB DESIGN, OR GRAPHIC DESIGN CREATED FOR IT, INCLUDING ANY TRADEMARK PROPERTY, WILL IMMEDIATELY REVERT BACK TO CONFETTI GRAPHICS. IF A PAYMENT IS NOT MAKE WITHIN 3 CALENDAR DAYS IN THE MAKING OF THE LOGO'S ORIGINAL CONTRACT DATE, THE LOGO WILL BECOME ARCHIVED AND UNAVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE. IF A MOCK LOGO CREATED BY CONFETTI GRAPHICS IS USED IN ANY FORM WITHOUT REMAINING PAYMENT, LEGAL ACTION CAN BE TAKEN.
CONFETTI GRAPHICS WARRANTS THAT ITS LOGO DESIGNS ARE OF ITS OWN CREATION AND ARE NOT COPIED FROM OR INSPIRED BY EXISTING DESIGNS OR TRADEMARKS BUT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT A LOGO DESIGN THE SAME AS OR SIMILAR TO THAT DESIGNED BY IT, BUT OF WHICH IT WAS NOT AWARE AT THE TIME OF ITS CREATION, DOES NOT EXIST.
SHIPPING
VENDOR SHIPPING INFO:
SOME ITEMS ARE SHIPPED BY THE VENDOR TO CONFETTI GRAPHICS. ITEMS SHIPPED TO CONFETTI GRAPHICS ARE OPENED AND INSPECTED FOR ITEM DEFECTS & PACKAGE DAMAGES, AND TO CONFIRM ITEMS ARE IN WORKING CONDITION BEFORE DELIVERY TO YOU. ITEMS FOUND DEFECTIVE ARE RETURNED AND EXCHANGED FOR A PROPERLY WORKING ITEM AND CLIENT WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL. ITEMS SHIPPED FROM VENDORS MAY OR MAY NOT BE INSURED, AND THIS WILL BE INDICATED ON YOUR SHIPPING CONFIRMATION, IF AVAILABLE. IF INSURANCE ON YOUR PACKAGE IS AVAILABLE, YOU MAY PURCHASE IT SEPERATLEY. THIS MUST BE REQUESTED PRIOR TO ORDER PLACEMENT WITH VENDOR. ORDERS TO VENDORS WILL BE DISCUSSED UPON INQUIRY OF ORDER.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFO:
ITEMS BEING SHIPPED TO CONFETTI GRAPHICS FOR LOCAL PICK UP WILL NOT COME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER. ITEMS WILL NEED TO BE PICKED UP WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN THE GIVEN TIME FRAME OR IN ARRANGED TIME FRAME WILL BE ARCHIVED FREE OF CHARGE FOR 10 BUSINESS DAYS. AFTER 10 BUSINESS DAYS, ITEM WILL STILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP FOR A $25 STORAGE FEE. IF ITEM IS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 90 DAYS, ITEM WILL BE DISGARDED AND NO REFUND GIVEN.
IF AT ANY TIME AN ITEM IS SHIPPED AND GETS LOST OR DELAYED IN SHIPPING, CUSTOMERS WILL BE NOTIFIED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. SCREENSHOTS OF SHIPPING INFO OR INFO FROM THE SHIPPING COMPANY WILL BE SENT, IF AVAILABLE, TO CUSTOMERS EMAIL GIVEN AT TIME OF ORDER. ITEMS THAT ARE LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING ARE NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF CONFETTI GRAPHICS. CONFETTI GRAPHICS WILL NOT REPLACE OR REFUND ITEMS THAT ARE DAMAGED, LOST, OR DELAYED DUE TO SHIPPING ISSUES.

REFUNDS ARE ONLY GIVEN UNDER CIRCUMSTANCES DEEMED ELIGIBLE, WITH THE CONSCIOUS DECISION MADE BY CONFETTI GRAPHICS STAFF. ONCE YOU RECEIVE AN EMAIL OR MESSAGE STATING YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN STARTED, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. THERE ARE NO EXCHANGES ALLOWED ON ANY PRODUCT. PLEASE BE SURE TO CONFIRM YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT AND TO YOUR LIKING BEFORE FINALIZATION OR PRINT. CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL REPRINT CHARGES IF FOUND TO BE THE FAULT OF THE CLIENT.
